We do not monitor, record, or log your browsing activity, connection history, destination IPs, or traffic content when using our proxy services. This infrastructure ensures that we are technically incapable of tracing user behavior.
1.6 Modifications
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1.7 Subscriptions & Renewals
Paid features require a subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. All payments are subject to our refund policy (Section 8.2).
1.8 User Disputes
We are not liable for disputes between users or third parties. Your actions are your sole responsibility.
1.9 Legal Jurisdiction & Risk
Use of the Service is at your own risk and must comply with local laws. We are not liable for illegal use of our Service in your country or jurisdiction.
1.10 Privacy Commitment
We retain only minimal data required to operate our Service. No user traffic, activity logs, or content access is ever recorded.
1.11 Fair Usage
We reserve the right to limit usage that affects performance or violates fair use principles.
If you submit content to the Service, you grant Ziny Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for operational purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and non-infringing.
All non-user content—including software, designs, logos, and other assets—is owned by Ziny Inc. You may not reuse or distribute it without permission.

Include all legally required elements. We may disable access to infringing material and/or terminate the associated account.
We use commercially reasonable methods to protect user information, but no system is completely secure. You acknowledge the inherent risks of internet-based services and agree to use the Service at your own discretion.
We intentionally do not store logs of proxy usage or browsing activity to protect your privacy—and as such, cannot produce such data even under legal request.
We are not responsible for third-party content linked from our Service. Use external links at your own risk.
You agree to hold Ziny Inc., its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
8.1 Billing
By purchasing access, you agree to our pricing and terms.
8.2 Refunds
Refunds are discretionary and may be issued for cancellations within 48 hours, subject to minimal usage.
8.3 Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your account settings or by contacting us.
8.4 Payments & Crypto
We accept both traditional and cryptocurrency payments. All crypto payments are non-reversible. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

We expressly disclaim any liability for damages arising from Service usage.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or $50 USD—whichever is lower.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California.
12.2 Arbitration
Any dispute must first attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, binding arbitration will apply.
12.3 Class Action Waiver
You waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
